When Cristiano celebrated his first goal against Deportivo, he looked to the sky, raised his arms and pronounced “Alonso”.

Cristiano dedicated his goal to Alonso Ezquerra, the boy who died last week after he was struck by a car while crossing the street to catch a ball.

Alonso Ezquerra, who this week would have turned 8, was a player of Real Madrid’s youngest team.
His death affected the players of the first team. They felt with his family and expressed their condolences.

Cristiano showed his human side and his teammates supported it by letting him a few seconds alone for this gesture.
